What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and password (hashed). As you use Statisticum, we store the business data you and your staff enter: your store, branches, products, sales, suppliers, and bookkeeping records. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
Your data is used only to provide Statisticum to you: running the app, computing your reports, sending account and support email, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or anyone else.
Where it lives and who can see it
Data is hosted with our infrastructure providers (database and hosting) under contract, encrypted in transit and at rest. Within your store, each member sees data according to the role you assign. Our staff can access store data only to support you, only when you ask or when fixing a fault you report, and every support access is recorded in an audit log.
Backups and deletion
We back the database up nightly. You can export your products, stock, and sales to Excel at any time. If you close your account, we delete your store data from active systems within 30 days; backup copies age out on their standard schedule.
Your choices
You may correct your data in the app, export it, or ask us to delete your account by writing to zedfaces.fernandez@gmail.com. We respond to requests from account owners as promptly as we can.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify account owners by email before the change takes effect.
