Terms of service
Effective October 2026
The service
Statisticum provides inventory, point of sale, purchasing, and bookkeeping software for Philippine stores, accessed through a web browser. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves, and we will not remove features your paid plan depends on without notice and a reasonable alternative.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Max are billed per store, monthly in advance. The price list is not published while Statisticum is in beta: the amount you owe is confirmed with you and recorded against your store before you pay. While the beta lasts, Statisticum switches a paid plan on for a store by hand — a store asks through support, and only Statisticum can add, change, or remove one. When a paid plan ends, the store returns to the Free plan with its data intact. Prices may change with 30 days notice; price changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.
Paying in cash
While online payment channels are not yet available, premium plans are paid in cash. A paid month begins on the date Statisticum records your payment and lasts one month; the service stays active only for periods you have paid for, and no card, auto-charge, or automatic renewal will ever be applied to you. Ask for a receipt for every cash payment — the recorded date on our system is the date your paid period starts, and our records of payments received are the authoritative record between us.
Your business is your responsibility
Statisticum is a record-keeping and selling tool. The stock counts, sales, utang records, bookkeeping entries, and every other figure in your store are entered by you and your staff, and the business decisions you make with them are yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your own records, for backing up important information by exporting it, and for your own compliance with tax, labor, and other laws. Statisticum is not liable for losses arising from your own acts, omissions, or negligence — including mis-entered data, uncollected utang you chose to extend, stock walkouts you did not record, or business decisions made in reliance on figures you entered.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password safe and invite only people you trust, with the least role they need. You are responsible for the data you enter and for how your staff use the account. Do not use Statisticum to keep records of unlawful activity, and do not attempt to access other stores' data or disrupt the service.
Receipts and compliance
Statisticum prints acknowledgment receipts. These are not BIR-accredited official receipts; obtaining accreditation is a goal, not a promise. You remain responsible for your own tax and regulatory obligations.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Statisticum available, with nightly backups of your data, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or data you failed to export after your access ended.
Closing an account
You may close your account at any time by writing to zedfaces.fernandez@gmail.com from the owner's email. See our privacy policy for how deletion works. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
